Fill the chairs you’re losing to no-shows.
Patients book from your clinic’s link. They get a WhatsApp confirmation and a reminder the day before, and reply 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel. Reception gets a schedule that knows who is coming.
- ✓ No app for patients
- ✓ English or Urdu messages
- ✓ No double bookings, ever
Showup is an appointment booking and reminder web app by DanixSoft for private clinics: patients book online from a link, reception runs a day and week schedule, and patients get WhatsApp confirmations and 24-hour reminders they can answer with 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel.
Made by DanixSoft. Appointments and communication only, never medical records.
Five tickets, from booking to the next visit.
Every appointment goes through the same short loop. Nothing in it needs a phone call.
- 01When bookedConfirmation
The patient gets the time, the practitioner and a private link to confirm or cancel.
- 0224 hours beforeReminder
Sent the day before, or at the time your clinic chooses. Reception sees who has not been reminded yet.
- 03Patient replies1 or 2
Reply 1 and the appointment shows as confirmed. Reply 2 and it is cancelled.
- 04Straight awaySlot reopens
A cancelled slot appears on the booking page again, ready for someone else.
- 05Months laterRecall
Patients due back, such as for a six-month check-up, land on a list with a message ready.
The reminder patients actually answer.
This is the real reminder text, in English or Urdu. Pick a reply and watch what reception sees.
Replies update the schedule by themselves when the WhatsApp Business API is connected. Without it, reception marks them with one tap.
Patients book the free times. Only the free times.
Share the link on WhatsApp, Instagram or Google, or embed it on your website. Patients pick a service, a practitioner or anyone free, and a time that really is free.
- 01Times come from each practitioner’s working hours, breaks and time off.
- 02If two patients tap the same time at once, only one booking goes through.
- 03You choose how far ahead patients may book and how much notice you need.
A schedule built for the reception desk.
A column per practitioner for the day, a week view, walk-ins in two taps, time off hatched out, and a today list where each patient is one tap from seen or no-show.
Columns per practitioner for the day, a week view per practitioner, walk-ins, rescheduling, cancelling and blocking time off, built for the reception desk and the phone.
Weekly hours per practitioner, with breaks, plus holidays and blocked afternoons. The booking page only offers times that are really free.
A confirmation when the booking is made and a reminder before the appointment, in English or Urdu. Patients reply 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel, and a cancellation frees the slot.
Every patient gets a private link to see, confirm or cancel their appointment, so reception is not the only way to change a booking.
Appointments, not medical records.
Showup stores what an appointment needs and nothing clinical. There is simply nowhere to type a diagnosis.
- Name and mobile number
- Appointments and their status
- When the patient is next due back
- A short note like "prefers mornings"
- Which messages were sent
- Diagnoses or symptoms
- Prescriptions or medicines
- Test results or scans
- Billing or insurance records
- Anything clinical, anywhere
What clinics ask first.
01What is Showup?
Showup is a web app for private clinics that lets patients book appointments online from a link, gives reception a day and week schedule, and sends patients WhatsApp confirmations and reminders they can answer with 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel.
02How does it reduce no-shows?
Every patient gets a confirmation when they book and a reminder before the appointment. Patients who can no longer come can cancel with one reply, so the slot is freed for someone else instead of sitting empty, and reception can see who has and has not confirmed.
03Do patients need an account or an app?
No. Patients book from your clinic’s link in their phone’s browser and manage their booking from a private link sent to them. Messages arrive on WhatsApp.
04Can two patients book the same time?
No. The database refuses overlapping appointments for the same practitioner, whether they come from the booking page, a phone call or a walk-in, and if two patients pick the same time at once only one booking succeeds.
05Are WhatsApp messages sent automatically?
They can be. Without any setup, each message opens in your clinic’s own WhatsApp, already written, and reception presses send. With the WhatsApp Business API connected (a Meta account and approved templates), confirmations and reminders are sent automatically and patients’ 1 and 2 replies update the schedule by themselves.
06Does it store medical records?
No. It stores what appointments need: the patient’s name, phone number, visit history, when they are next due and a short non-clinical note. There is no place for diagnoses, prescriptions or test results.
