A booking link for your clinic
Patients pick a service, a practitioner (or anyone free) and a time from your real availability, on their phone, without an account. Share the link or embed it on your website.

Double bookings are impossible
The database itself refuses two appointments for one practitioner at the same time, however they were made: online, by phone or at the desk.

Day and week schedule
Columns per practitioner for the day, a week view per practitioner, walk-ins, rescheduling, cancelling and blocking time off, built for the reception desk and the phone.

Working hours and time off
Weekly hours per practitioner, with breaks, plus holidays and blocked afternoons. The booking page only offers times that are really free.

WhatsApp confirmations and reminders
A confirmation when the booking is made and a reminder before the appointment, in English or Urdu. Patients reply 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel, and a cancellation frees the slot.

Manage-my-booking link
Every patient gets a private link to see, confirm or cancel their appointment, so reception is not the only way to change a booking.

Recalls
Set when a patient is next due back, such as a six-month check-up, and they appear on the recall list with a message ready to send.

Today at a glance
Who is coming, who confirmed, who cancelled, and one tap to mark a patient as seen or a no-show, plus monthly numbers for bookings, cancellations and no-shows.

Appointments, not medical records
Patients are a name, a phone number, visit history and a short non-clinical note. There is deliberately nowhere to store diagnoses or prescriptions.
