The problem

Most private clinics book by phone call or walk-in and keep appointments in a register or a spreadsheet. Patients forget follow-ups, nobody reminds them, and a no-show leaves an empty slot the clinic cannot sell again. Reception spends its day on the phone confirming and rescheduling, and patients who look for a clinic online find nowhere to book.

What Showup does about it

It gives each clinic a booking link that only offers times that are really free, a schedule for the reception desk, and WhatsApp confirmations and reminders that patients can answer with 1 or 2. It stops there on purpose: it is about appointments and communication, not medical records.
