Terms of Service

These terms apply to Showup, operated by DanixSoft (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your clinic. Patients who book through a clinic’s link agree to the booking terms in the last section.

Early access and price

Showup is free during early access: every feature, for every clinic, with no limit on practitioners or appointments and no card required. Pricing will be announced before early access ends, and nothing is charged automatically. Features may change during early access. We will tell you before anything is charged, and nothing is charged automatically.

What the service is, and is not

Showup manages appointments and appointment messages. It is not a medical records system, a clinical tool or an emergency service, and it gives no medical advice. You must not enter diagnoses, symptoms, prescriptions, test results or other clinical information anywhere in it.

Your responsibilities as a clinic

• Keep staff logins private and remove staff who leave.
• Have a lawful reason to hold each patient’s details, and keep them accurate.
• Send patients messages about their appointments only: no marketing or promotions through Showup.
• If you connect the WhatsApp Business API, follow Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies and use approved templates. Meta’s charges for those messages are between you and Meta.
• Check your working hours, time off and services: the booking page offers times based on what you set.

Acceptable use

Do not use Showup to send unsolicited messages, to impersonate another clinic, to break the law, or to try to access another clinic’s data or the service’s internals. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work to keep Showup available and your data safe, but during early access it is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. Messages depend on WhatsApp and on patients’ phones, so we cannot guarantee that every message is delivered or read. Keep a way to reach patients by phone.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost appointments or income, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (during free early access, that is nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending use

You can stop using Showup at any time and ask us to delete your clinic’s data. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes and law

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell clinic owners. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

For patients who book online

• You are booking with the clinic, not with DanixSoft. Questions about your care, fees or records go to the clinic.
• Give your real name and a mobile number you use; the clinic uses it to confirm and remind you.
• You can confirm or cancel from your booking link. The clinic may change or cancel appointments and will contact you if it does.
