Skin clinics: common questions
01Can patients pay a deposit when they book?
No. Online payments and deposits are not available. You can show each service’s price on the booking page, and the reminder with a one-reply cancel is what protects the slot.
02Can only some treatments be booked online?
Yes. Each service can be marked as bookable online or not. Services that are not appear only to reception.
03Will the service name appear in the patient’s messages?
The confirmation names the service the patient booked, so name your services the way you are happy for patients to read them. Reminders give the clinic, the time and the practitioner.
