Appointment booking for Faisalabad clinics
For many Faisalabad clinics, a good share of patients travel in from surrounding towns and villages to see a specialist. Showup lets them book a time from a link and confirms the visit on WhatsApp, in Urdu if you prefer, so nobody makes the journey for nothing.
What Faisalabad clinics run into
A missed trip costs the patient a day
A patient coming from Jaranwala or Samundri arranges transport and time off to reach you. If the doctor is away that day, or the patient cannot come, someone should have known a day earlier.
Messages written by hand, every evening
Reception types out tomorrow’s reminders one by one, often in Roman Urdu, and the patients who never reply are only discovered in the morning.
Queues at opening time
Without set times, patients arrive together at opening and wait for hours, which is exactly what makes them skip the next visit.
How Showup helps
- 01
Messages in Urdu
Set your clinic’s messages to Urdu. Confirmations, reminders and recalls are written for you; patients reply 1 or 2.
- 02
Doctor away? Block the day
Add time off for a practitioner and the booking page stops offering those days, so nobody books a trip to an empty clinic.
- 03
Times instead of a queue
Services have durations, so patients book a real time and arrive across the session instead of all at opening.
