01Can someone help us set Showup up in Lahore?
Yes. Most clinics set it up themselves in the app: practitioners, weekly hours and services. If you would rather not, DanixSoft (based in Lahore) offers a fixed-price setup package that configures your doctors, hours and services, puts your link on Google Maps, Instagram and your website, and trains reception.
02Our two doctors have different evening timings. Can Showup handle that?
Yes. Each practitioner has their own weekly hours with breaks, plus time off for holidays or a blocked evening. Patients can pick a doctor or “anyone available”, and only genuinely free times are offered.
03Do patients need to download an app?
No. They book in their phone’s browser from your link and receive messages on WhatsApp. There is no account to create.
