Patients choose the practitioner by name on the booking page, or pick anyone available. Showup does not filter by gender; it shows the practitioners you add.
03Can a family member book for the patient?
Yes. They enter the patient’s name and the WhatsApp number that should receive messages. Showup keeps one patient record per phone number at each clinic.
