Showup is free during early access: every feature, for every clinic, with no limit on practitioners or appointments and no card required. Pricing will be announced before early access ends, and nothing is charged automatically.
What happens when early access ends?
We will announce paid plans in the app and by email before anything changes. Nothing is charged automatically: there is no card on file, so you choose whether to continue. Your patients and appointments stay yours either way.
What about WhatsApp costs?
Click-to-chat messages are sent from your clinic’s own WhatsApp and cost nothing extra. If you connect the WhatsApp Business API for automatic sending, Meta charges your Meta account for business-initiated messages under its own pricing; those charges are between you and Meta.
