Yes. Anyone with the link can book in a phone or computer browser. Messages go to the WhatsApp number entered with the booking, along with a private link to see, confirm or cancel the appointment.
02Can the booking page sit inside our clinic website?
Yes. Settings gives you an embed code to paste into your website, which shows the booking page inside it. You can also share the plain link anywhere.
03Are messages in English or Urdu?
Either. Each clinic chooses English or Urdu for confirmations, reminders, cancellations and recalls.
